Understand business before pixels.

I start with stakeholder goals, constraints, and success metrics — not wireframes. The right problem definition is worth more than any deliverable.

Simplify complexity.

Enterprise workflows are inherently complex. My job is to find the clearest path through — reducing 30-screen flows to 7, turning audit gaps into structured systems.

Design systems, not screens.

Scalable components, token-based systems, and annotated specs — built to last beyond the first sprint and reduce engineering rework.

Measure outcomes, not deliverables.

Design doesn't stop at handoff. I stay in the loop through QA, launch, and post-release — tracking what changed, not just what shipped.
